I used the option to send the client logs from the admin webinterface. Following was reported: Total space in temp dir: 149.03 GB Free space in temp dir : 11.09 GB The above report is not correct. It is the total (and free) space of the disk, not of the folder!

Robin, These values display the size of the TEMP volume. For example, if the TEMP drive on the client machine is F:\SyncrifyTemp, these values show how much disk space is left on the F: drive. What is the value for the TEMP folder on your client machine? Imran.

yes. Free space is 11GB The comment is a little bit confusing. I think it would be better that the report would say: Total space on temp DRIVE: 149.03 GB Free space on temp DRIVE : 11.09 GB A liitle bit further in the report, you get the folowing setting C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\ Maybe you could just return this value into the comment and get: Total space for temp folder (C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\): 149.03 GB Free space for temp folder (C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\) : 11.09 GB >Robin, > >And what is the free space available on client machine's C: drive?
