Synametrics Technologies

Hi,

I have a problem installing certificate on SynaMan,
after following this procedure: http://web.synametrics.com/SynaManUseIISCert.htm

my server become unavailable - no https at all, http set to redirect to https but
not answering and 6060 is dead too :/

any idea why is that and how can I make it alive again?
