This form of support is included with all of our products and there is no additional cost to you. It includes:

Bug FixesBug fixes release and minor updates are available for free. If a bug can only be fixed with a major upgrade, it will be provided
 
Upgrade optionCustomers are provided with a free upgrade to any version published within 30 days of purchase.

Platinum Support

This form of support applies to StressIT and WinSQL and is available for additional cost. Please refer to product pricing for details.

Priority emailWith platinum support all email inquiries get a higher priority
 
Telephone SupportCustomers can receive telephone support during normal business hours, which is 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. If an engineer is not available at the time you call, you can leave your contact information and someone will return your call as soon as possible.
 
Access to pre-release versionYou get access to our pre-release beta versions
 
Upgrade optionCustomers are provided with a free upgrade to any version published within 12 months of purchase.
