I have a user with a couple of profiles on different machines.
he lost his password so we changed the password on the server.
Now because there are still clients connected they fail login from different IP-address. so we end up with a complete unfunctional user. How can we unlock the users and or profiles and or IP's that are locked?

The user should have used the Forgot Password link on Syncrify's home page, which will send the password via email. Resetting the value to a new password will make every backup fail because the password won't match now.
Note: The Forgot Password link can only be used to restore passwords for user accounts. It cannot be used to restore password for admin.
