We want to setup to where external customers and send us large files too large for email. Ideally, an internal sales person could create a onetime link that could the be sent to the customer whereby the customer clicks on the link and is taken to a web page to upload files. Is SynaMan capable of doing that?

Yes. This is called a public link in SynaMan. Here is how it works:

• In an-house user, who has an account in SynaMan, creates a public link.
• This link can potentially be password protected and could expire after a few days
• The customer can use this link to upload files.
