Sbox.exe / javaw.exe "locking" large numbers of files...

I've had a problem with a client install, where a large (practically every folder we tried) number of folders could not be moved within the folder tree under a SharedProjects folder.  File/Folder In Use was the basic error message.  I had to kill the SBOX.EXE process tree to be able to move the needed folders, then manually restart SyncriBox, which then started processing the moves.

 

This problem persisted even after the user rebooted their machine multiple times.

 

What should I start logging on the client  and/or server side to help figure out what is causing this problem?
