You qualify for an upgrade if you have purchased the same edition in the past. For example, if you are a current user
of WinSQL Professional 5.0 and want to upgrade to 7.0.
You do not qualify for an upgrade if the edition changes - meaning if you are moving from WinSQL Lite to WinSQL
Developer or from WinSQL Developer to WinSQL Professional.
